- A completed degree in business information systems or information systems, or an equivalent IT qualification or training combined with relevant professional experience.
- Several years of sound experience in object-oriented and modern Advanced Business Application Programming development in the S/4HANA context, ideally including Core Data Services views, SAP Fiori, and the RESTful Application Programming Model.
- Many years of practical experience in SAP Human Capital Management, particularly SAP Organizational Management, including customizing, further development, and ongoing operational support.
- Experience integrating cloud and Software-as-a-Service applications into SAP landscapes and securely operating the corresponding interfaces.
- Strong agile mindset, ability to work in a team, hands-on mentality, service orientation, ownership, and active contribution to process and solution development.
- Strong communication skills and very good German language skills in speech and writing, at least level B2–C1.
- Take responsibility for the conception, development, operation, and continuous further development of SAP solutions in the area of Organizational Management as a DevSecOps Engineer.
- Analyze business requirements, translate them into viable technical concepts, and implement them using modern object-oriented Advanced Business Application Programming development in the S/4HANA environment.
- Design Organizational Management processes, ensure stability and performance during ongoing operations, and ensure quality through suitable tests, code reviews, and other quality-assurance measures.
- Integrate cloud and Software-as-a-Service solutions into the existing SAP landscape while considering architectural and security guidelines.
- Support the complete lifecycle from introduction through incident, problem, and change management to maintenance.
- Advance automation, security, and monitoring; identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements together with the team.
- Experience with Core Data Services views, SAP Fiori, and the RESTful Application Programming Model.
