Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, information systems, or cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Seven or more years of project control, project management, program operations, or delivery coordination experience.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, IT modernization, cloud, or systems-engineering delivery efforts.
  • Ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting in a complex, multi-team environment.
  • Strong organization, written communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain integrated work plans, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items for cybersecurity workstreams.
  • Track staffing, labor utilization, deliverable status, and performance measures; prepare concise status reports for program leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, capture decisions, manage follow-up actions, and keep project records current.
  • Support change control, release readiness, issue escalation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Work with technical leads to translate delivery priorities into executable project plans.
