About the Role
Hi there! We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive III to join our Sales team.
Our sales team is tenured, technically curious, and genuinely invested in doing right by the customer, not just closing the deal in front of them. We partner closely across the business, and we operate with a lot of trust: you're given real ownership over your territory, and you're expected to bring your own judgment to how you build it.
This role carries real weight. You'll be responsible for a book of enterprise accounts where the deals are complex, the buying committees are large, and the technical bar is high. There's meaningful room here to shape how your territory gets built, not just execute against someone else's plan.
As an Enterprise Account Executive III, you'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from first conversation through negotiation and close, working alongside sales engineering, customer success, and leadership to get complex deals across the line. This role matters because enterprise wins are how Camunda grows its footprint in large, strategic accounts, and how we prove the platform works at scale.
What You Will Do
Own and execute the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting through negotiation and close.
Build and drive strategic account plans that identify whitespace, map stakeholders, and set a realistic path to close.
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees, including technical, business, and executive buyers.
Partner with sales engineering and customer success to build technical credibility and ensure a smooth handoff after close.
Represent Camunda's value to senior leaders and technical buyers, tailoring the pitch to what each audience actually cares about.
Forecast accurately and manage pipeline health with discipline, not optimism.
What You Will Bring to the Role
Must live in UAE
Must have at least 5 years Enterprise sales Experience in UAE Public Sector
Significant experience closing enterprise software deals end-to-end, ideally six figures or more, with a track record across multiple full sales cycles. You know what it takes to move a deal from first meeting to signature without losing momentum.
Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments. You've worked deals with C-suite, IT, legal, and procurement in the room at the same time, and you know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
Strong territory and account planning instincts. You can build a plan independently and know how to prioritize where your time actually pays off.
The ability to sell technical products credibly. Experience with process automation, integration platforms, middleware, or similar technical software is a real advantage, since you'll regularly be in the room with engineering and IT buyers.
Negotiation experience under genuine pressure. You know where to hold firm and where to flex, and you can explain your reasoning either way.
A relationship-building style that goes beyond the transaction. You've had customers treat you as an advisor, not just a vendor, and you know what it took to earn that.
Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

Camunda named a Leader in IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Agentic AI Platforms 2026 Vendor Assessment. We believe the analyst recognition validates Camunda's governed orchestration approach as enterprises build, deploy, and scale AI agents at scale. Camunda, has been named as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Agentic AI Platforms 2026 Vendor Assessment (#US54140926, October 2026). We believe the recognition reinforces Camunda's ability to build, deploy, govern, and orchestrate AI agents for enterprises - autonomous, AI-powered components that reason, decide, and execute multi-step tasks without continuous human oversight. Enterprise buyers need more than experimental AI - they need governed, orchestrated automation that's enterprise-grade, regulated-ready, and auditable. The vendor assessment is IDC MarketScape's independent evaluation across two critical dimensions: Strategy, assessing whether Camunda's roadmap and go-to-market align with buyer needs over the next 3-5 years, and capabilities, measuring current delivery. In our opinion the evaluation validates the convergence of process orchestration, agentic AI, and human governance - a critical capability as enterprise buyers seek more than experimental AI. We also believe they need governed, orchestrated automation that's enterprise-grade, regulated-ready, and auditable. Key strengths noted by IDC MarketScape IDC MarketScape identified several strengths in its assessment: * Governed "outside and inside" agent orchestration. Camunda's background in enabling business-critical automation solutions led it to an architectural approach to AI agent implementation that creates enforceable, auditable control points between every AI model request, response, and subsequent agent action, with strong logging and traceability. * Full automation spectrum on a proven engine. For business automation use cases, Camunda's approach blends high-performance and high-scalability deterministic orchestration with dynamic agent reasoning using an engine built to manage millions of concurrent, long-running instances. * Open, composable and portable. The full Camunda stack can be deployed to any Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF)-certified Kubernetes distribution. Camunda's philosophy is centered on openness and composability, giving developers choices and flexibility. According to the IDC MarketScape, " Camunda suits enterprises orchestrating complex, long-running, regulated end-to-end processes (especially in banking, insurance, telecom or logistics) that must govern agents across many systems and that want deterministic-plus-agentic automation managed by one platform with open, self-managed or sovereign deployment. Camunda fits less well for buyers wanting out-of-the-box industry-specific packaging." "I believe IDC MarketScape's evaluation confirms the convergence of process orchestration, agentic AI, and human governance," said Bastian Koerber, Senior Vice President, Product, at Camunda. "Enterprise buyers need more than experimental AI - they need governed, orchestrated automation that's enterprise-grade, regulated-ready, and auditable. To me, this recognition underscores that Camunda is delivering exactly that."
Camunda named a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Adaptive Process Orchestration Software, Q3 2026. Forrester's recognition validates a core Camunda belief: orchestration is what turns AI agents into enterprise-grade outcomes. By Bastian Koerber September 25, 2026 I'm proud to share that Camunda has been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Adaptive Process Orchestration Software, Q3 2026.[1] Adaptive Process Orchestration (APO) is a category Forrester defines around vendors that use AI agents and nondeterministic control flows, in addition to traditional deterministic control flows, to meet business goals, perform complex tasks, and make autonomous decisions. The end result of this adaptive orchestration is complex end-to-end agentic orchestration and legacy modernization at enterprise scale; these are the challenges that Camunda has spent over a decade solving, and have adapted for a world where AI agents, not just people and systems, are part of every process. Why adaptive process orchestration is so important now. Every process running in the enterprise today was designed for a world without AI. Enterprises are deploying AI agents faster than ever, but there's a widening gap between what those agents can do and what the business actually gets from them. Add a new agent to a fragmented process and you don't remove the fragmentation, you add another silo, with its own behavior, its own data, and no shared context with the rest of the journey. That gap is exactly what adaptive process orchestration is meant to help close. It requires a platform that can coordinate agents, people, and systems across the full, end-to-end process, not just individual tasks, while staying observable, governed, and auditable enough to trust with real operational authority. Camunda call this agentic orchestration, and it's the foundation of its platform. Its vision recognized. Camunda's vision is built around what Camunda call open orchestration architecture: a reference architecture for the AI-native enterprise organized across three layers - engagement, orchestration, and core systems and data. The orchestration layer is the most critical of the three, and it's where Camunda has always been strongest. Within that layer, Camunda deliver something no one else does in one governed engine: outer orchestration (outside the agent), which coordinates agents, people, and systems across the end-to-end process, and inner orchestration (inside the agent), which governs the operating procedures between an agent's reasoning and the tools it acts through. Deterministic control at the macro level, adaptive reasoning at the micro level, running on the same battle-tested engine, Zeebe, that already powers millions of process instances a day for 700+ enterprises, including nine of the top ten US banks. ProcessOS, its human-in-the-loop AI layer currently in closed beta, extends that vision further. It accelerates what Camunda call the great re-engineering: not bolting AI onto processes built for a pre-AI world, but redesigning them, from discovery through continuous improvement, around the outcomes the business actually wants. That's why Camunda has been building toward a market whose needs have shifted from task automation to agentic orchestration, and that reframing is squarely aligned with the direction Camunda has been building toward. Camunda is pleased to have received Forrester's highest possible rating in the Vision criterion, which Camunda consider in part for these elements. Built for the complexity real enterprises face. Vision means little without the capability to back it up, and this is why Camunda is proud of its results in this Wave. Camunda received the highest marks available across the current offering criteria that Camunda believe matter most at enterprise scale: reliability architecture, adaptivity architecture, process complexity handling, process volume handling, operate observability, control, and governance, and optimize observability, control, and governance criteria. That combination is deliberate. Zeebe is distributed and stateful, with no central database and no single point of failure, so processes fail safely, recover cleanly, and keep running through updates with zero downtime. Adaptivity means swapping an LLM, a model host, or a backing system without rewriting the process logic that runs on top of it. And because every process execution, every agent decision, and every exception is captured automatically, Operate and Optimize give teams a real answer when a regulator asks why something happened, or when a customer wants to know where their case stands. Powered by adoption and community. Camunda received the highest score possible in the Adoption criterion as well. Camunda believe that result reflects its Customer Success organization built to move customers from a free trial to production scale, Camunda Academy's role in training tens of thousands of users a year, and an active, sizable open-source community that gives teams a lower-friction way to prove value before they scale up. Thank you. None of this happens without its customers, partners, and the Camunda community pushing Camunda to build the right thing. Camunda believe being named a Leader in this evaluation is a meaningful milestone, but it's one step in a much longer journey toward making agentic orchestration something enterprises can actually trust with their most important work. Camunda recognized as a Visionary in Gartner BOAT Magic Quadrant 2026. Camunda has been recognized as a Visionary in the Gartner BOAT Magic Quadrant. Camunda believe Camunda's ability to orchestrate agents, people, and systems for end-to-end control and governance is a key reason why. By Erin Ashworth September 16, 2026 The BOAT market continues to evolve rapidly, driven by the convergence of automation tools and the rise of AI agents in business processes. These market forces, while meant to improve business outcomes, can often introduce new complexity and risk into organizations. In fact, 40% of organizations in a recent survey shared that they experienced an AI-related compliance or governance issue in the past 12 months, and process-related challenges contributed to 84% of those incidents. Organizations are increasingly looking to BOAT platforms to act as the enterprise control plane for agentic automation, governing orchestration, connectivity, observability, and policy at scale. That's why Camunda is pleased to share that Camunda has again been named a Visionary in the Gartner(R) Magic Quadrant(TM) for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies (BOAT).[1] Why the BOAT market continues to evolve: The Great Process Redesign. In its view, one of the most important elements that will determine the success of an organization's AI investments comes before the technology selection - it's the process design, or in today's agentic world, the redesign. AI agents are multiplying across teams, vendors, and frameworks, but they are often just bolted onto existing processes without a lot of forethought, operating in silos, duplicating work, making conflicting decisions, and creating compliance blind spots. End-to-end outcomes still depend on manual handoffs and stitched-together integrations. Camunda is seeing the effects of these inefficient processes, and they are expensive: 72 percent of organizations from that same survey say process-related challenges have caused AI initiatives to fail, at an average cost of $1.55 million per organization. To avoid these costly failures, organizations need to reapproach their legacy processes and choose a technology platform that can meaningfully coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across the entire process - not just individual tasks - so AI can finally deliver end-to-end outcomes. And this redesign only holds up if it runs on a platform built to evolve with it: composable and adaptable, not a rigid monolith. That's the role orchestration plays - engines like Zeebe let organizations reshape processes as agents, systems, and requirements change, instead of re-architecting from scratch every time. The Camunda vision: Building an agentic flywheel out of BOAT. That's why Camunda's vision is so compelling; Camunda is building a platform where every process makes the next one faster and safer through its agentic core, a fast on-ramp in ProcessOS, and a data foundation that turns execution into evidence. * Agentic orchestration core: Camunda's Zeebe engine runs deterministic workflow and agent-driven, dynamic work in one governed model. Creation can be dynamic, where an agent decides the next step, but accountability is always modeled in the process, creating durable, auditable, governed execution. * ProcessOS as the enabler: Camunda's process intelligence layer acts as an agentic operating system for your business processes. Four AI agents work across the lifecycle: discovering how you actually run today, re-engineering for the outcomes you want, building and deploying, then continuously improving once you're live. * Data foundation: Every process ProcessOS lands and Zeebe runs produces execution data. Camunda is investing to turn that into baselines and business measures - the fuel for proving and improving outcomes. * Self-learning platform: Once that data is reliable, the platform starts improving processes, not just running them - each next process is faster to design and safer to run than the last. That compounding effect is the vision, and it's why Gartner names Process Orchestration its strongest capability today in the 2026 Magic Quadrant for BOAT. If your priority is a resilient, governed orchestration engine that gets smarter with every process you run on it, that's precisely the challenge that Camunda solves, and why Camunda has been named a Visionary once again by Gartner. Its process orchestration capability is the core the entire flywheel is built on, and what allows Camunda to realize such a forward-looking vision. Thank you. A heartfelt thank-you to its customers, partners, developers, champions, and every Camundi who made this recognition possible. Being named a Visionary is an important milestone to Camunda, but it's only one step in a much larger journey. Camunda is committed to advancing agentic orchestration and helping enterprises succeed with automation that is resilient, scalable, and trustworthy. I'm grateful you're part of this community, and I look forward to what Camunda'll build together.
