Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored to the needs of Enrollment Specialists and Member Experience teams.
  • Ensure training content is up-to-date with the latest industry standards, company policies, and technological advancements.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
  • Utilize a variety of training methods, including virtual classrooms, one-on-one coaching, and on-the-job training.
  • Work closely with the Member Experience team to facilitate the onboarding process for new patients, ensuring that Enrollment Specialists are equipped with the knowledge and skills to guide patients through the process.
  • Monitor and evaluate the onboarding experience to identify areas for improvement and implement training solutions.
  • Assess the performance of trainees through evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance metrics.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help team members achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and results.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, assessments, and feedback.
  • Prepare reports on training outcomes and present them to senior management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in patient enrollment, healthcare onboarding, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • A passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and needs.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
