- Assist with on-campus recruiting activities and other activities related to student hiring.
- Support the regional recruiting committees, including scheduling and attending meetings, developing agendas, supporting committee chairs, and performing other committee-related activities.
- A minimum of two years of recruiting or related experience in a law firm or other professional services setting is strongly preferred.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred.

Wednesday, August 26, 2026 Dan Monger has joined Troutman Pepper Locke's Real Estate Practice Group as a partner in the firm's Boston office. He brings a national practice spanning more than 40 states. Monger joins Troutman Pepper Locke from ArentFox Schiff, where he advised investment funds and REITs, private equity, commercial developers, Fortune 500 corporations, national retailers, and commercial lenders across the full spectrum of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, finance, and development. Tuesday, August 11, 2026 Sean Higgins has joined Troutman Pepper Locke's Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice Group as a partner in the Boston office. His arrival further strengthens the firm's national restructuring platform and deepens its capabilities across commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) special servicing, consumer financial services (CFS) litigation, and related commercial matters in the Northeast. Higgins joins Troutman Pepper Locke from K&L Gates, where his practice centered on complex commercial disputes. Higgins has spent much of his career representing large national banks, private lenders, mortgage loan servicers, automotive finance companies, developers, real estate holding companies, and individual property owners.
