Purpose of Job

Lead Project Sourcing team to ensure optimal cost and rationale of the sourcing decisions, support on-time delivery for projects in specified categories.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Project Sourcing Team Management
Lead Project Sourcing team to ensure optimal sourcing decisions on both NPD and LCM projects
Manage resource allocation in the team to support project needs

2. Process and System Optimization
Ensure correct and logical documents and templates (eg. RFQ templates and etc.) to be used in Project Sourcing activities
Actively connect with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive continuous improvement on ways of working

3. Team Talent Development
Continuously coach the team for the skill and capability required to support the dynamics of business development.
Team gradient development to ensure sustainable growth of the team.

Education/Knowledge/Experience

Minimum request:
Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Engineering degree is a plus.

English level: excellent.
10+ years of sourcing and project management experience in MNC. or FMCG. Experience in cosmetics industry or Category/Commodity management is a plus.
In depth understanding of cost modeling and TCO management.
Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
Strong business ownership and accountability.

Competency:
Good capability to manage complexity and solve problem.
Good data analysis skills.
Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and influence skills with suppliers.

Relevant knowledge demand:
Experienced in managing global projects with sound communication skills
