The system is designed for modern hoteliers and is used by over 12,500 customers across 85 countries to deliver better guest experiences. Mews has launched Guest Messaging and Automations, two features designed to reduce repetitive work for hotel staff. Guest Messaging consolidates communications from multiple channels into a single AI-powered inbox, with Mews AI answering 80% of routine questions instantly using property-specific data. The system addresses a significant gap in hotel operations: one in three guest messages goes unanswered, and responses average eight-hour delays. Messages from SMS, WhatsApp, Booking.com, Expedia, and the Mews Guest Portal now appear in one thread linked to guest profiles. Automations enables hotels to build workflows for loyalty moments and operational tasks without coding. At selected Strawberry properties, up to 60% of upgrades for Gold and Platinum guests were automated. During beta testing, 47,000 automations ran across the Mews platform. The hospitality operating system now powers 15,000 customers across 85 countries.
Mews has launched its point-of-sale system in the United States and Canada, allowing hotels to run property management, food and beverage operations, and payments on one platform. The POS system, which went live in over 20 countries across Europe and APAC since its 2024 introduction, connects guest profiles, billing, and payments automatically. The system addresses inefficiencies in traditional hotel operations, where staff typically spend two hours daily reconciling separate POS, property management, and accounting systems. Meiser Hotels in Germany eliminated this reconciliation time entirely after implementing Mews POS. The platform is designed for hotel-specific F&B operations including restaurants, bars, retail, and breakfast service. F&B charges post directly to guest bills, and receipts integrate with the property management system. Mews currently serves 15,000 customers across 85 countries.
Mews, a hospitality software company, has launched five new products that converge into what it calls the first AI-native operating system for hotels. The launches include revenue management, distribution, guest messaging, automations and accounts receivable capabilities. Founded 14 years ago, Mews aims to replace the eight to ten separate software systems typically used by hotels with a unified platform. New features include dynamic pricing running 150 million calculations daily, a channel manager connecting to 400-plus online travel agencies, and automated guest messaging across multiple platforms. According to independent research from IDC, hotels using the Mews Operating System achieve 8.7% revenue growth and €350,000 in annual benefit per 100 rooms, with a 476% three-year return on investment. The company currently serves 15,000 customers across 85 countries.
Mews, a hospitality operating system, has partnered with Uber to integrate ride booking directly into hotel property management systems. The collaboration allows hotels to request, track and bill Uber rides from within the Mews platform, transforming what has traditionally been a manual front desk task. The integration addresses a significant revenue opportunity: Mews research found guests spend an average of $50 per stay on transportation arranged independently of hotels. The system will enable staff-initiated and guest-initiated bookings, live vehicle tracking, automatic billing to guest folios through Mews Payments, and transportation pattern insights. The partnership was announced at Mews Unfold in Amsterdam, where Christophe Peymirat from Uber for Business EMEA and Mike Coscetta, President of Mews, discussed the collaboration. A pilot programme launches this year across Mews's 15,000 customers in 85 countries.
Mews, a hospitality operating system, has launched Mews Business Intelligence, a native data and analytics product delivering AI-powered insights for hoteliers. Built directly into the Mews platform, the tool provides real-time business data access, customisable dashboards and automated reporting without requiring manual exports. The system combines Mews data with external sources like online travel agencies and Google Ads to provide unified performance views. Over 1,000 early adopters are already using the platform. The Adara Hotel in Whistler reported a 20% increase in two-bedroom suite occupancy and an 11% total revenue uplift during spring after implementing the tool. Mews BI is now available to all customers with Mews Analytics or Enterprise packages at no additional cost, with hostel support planned for later in 2026.
