Requirements
  • Experience of at least 3+ years in talent management and talent representation.
  • Familiarity with managing a talent roster of six to seven figures.
  • Ability to recruit, represent, and manage a roster of digital talent across various verticals including fashion, wellness, beauty, fitness, family, and more.
  • Ability to identify, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships and campaigns that align with clients' needs and proactively pitch clients for internal and external opportunities to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in the creator economy and social media platforms, understanding metrics, brand expectations, and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience in building strong, long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to drive new business opportunities for a roster of talent.
  • Experience in discovering and onboarding new, emerging influencers, guiding them in all aspects of their careers.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across Pearpop, including business development and operations, to enhance client success.
  • Proficiency in tracking and managing multiple deals using a CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and timely follow-up on payments, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including pitching, negotiating brand deals, and managing high-value campaigns.
  • Ability to work as a team player in a collaborative environment and coordinate with multiple departments to achieve client goals.
Responsibilities
