Consumers can sign up for free accounts and may receive coupons or offers for completing surveys. Businesses can use a freemium platform to create customized surveys, track feedback, and get notified when issues are resolved to build loyalty. The service targets a wide range of businesses and aims to help them address concerns privately, improve customer service, and manage reputation.
