About the job
- Previous retail experience is required; Key Holder or established Sales Associate experience is preferred.
- Availability to work a mix of opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events is required.
- Availability on at least one full weekend day is required.
- The role requires the ability to coach teammates, communicate with customers, manage multiple priorities, and make decisions on the sales floor when store leadership is absent.
- Open and close the store, ensuring operations run properly and on time.
- Lead the sales floor, set the pace, and delegate tasks as needed.
- Serve customers and provide product knowledge.
- Coach and support Sales Associates, providing feedback and encouragement during shifts.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised to standard.
- Receive shipments, restock inventory, and prepare the sales floor.
- Process transactions using point-of-sale and mobile systems.
- Keep key performance indicators in focus and encourage the team to meet goals.
- Support customers with concerns and work toward positive outcomes.
- Stay informed about product launches, brand initiatives, and store events, and help deliver them with the team.
- Key Holder or established Sales Associate experience is preferred.
- Visual merchandising or inventory experience is an asset.
