About the job

Requirements
  • You have owned a revenue technology stack end to end at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • You have hired and managed engineers or technical individual contributors and can evaluate their work directly.
  • You have shipped and run a source-of-truth data platform where reported revenue numbers tied out, and you have run a close or been directly accountable for one.
  • You have built or run automation that moved a representative productivity metric, such as pipeline generation, deal velocity, or seller efficiency.
  • You have operationalized pricing or packaging changes into go-to-market systems, including CPQ, approval flows, billing, and reporting.
  • You have spent enough time close to sellers to understand how a territory dispute, compensation question, or stuck deal plays out, or you have been a seller yourself.
  • You are technical enough to review architecture and code, commercial enough to run a deal desk, and clear enough with executives to defend a number and explain what will break.
  • You are comfortable operating in a fast-growing startup where you build the function while running it.
Responsibilities
  • Own the revenue data platform and deliver a reconciled close every quarter, maintaining one source of truth from CRM through billing to board reporting.
  • Hire, manage, and develop the technical team within RevOps: the GTM Engineer, Platform Engineer, and Deal Desk Lead.
  • Be accountable for pipeline generated per SDR, delivered through the GTM Engineer and the automation and territory systems that role builds.
  • Own deal economics through Deal Desk, including pricing operationalization, approval matrices, quote-to-sign infrastructure, and realized discount rate.
  • Build the product-launch rails that let new products, pricing, and packaging go live across GTM systems without a bespoke scramble each time.
  • Own internal and board-level revenue reporting infrastructure in partnership with Finance.
  • Set the build-versus-buy strategy for the revenue technology stack and own the roadmap for internal automation and AI tooling.
  • Establish engineering and data standards for the team, including architecture reviews, documentation, reliability, and security practices.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to translate operating pain points into systems the team ships.
  • Own the day-to-day operation of the revenue systems estate end to end, from production services to reporting.
Desired Qualifications
  • Former founders, product leaders, and engineering leaders who have worked close to a revenue organization are strong fits for this role.

What believers are saying

  • Adoption spans established teams: Nooks said over 1,800 companies used its platform in August 2026, including HubSpot and Rippling.
  • Coaching gained specialist expertise: Nooks acquired AI roleplay company FullyRamped in August 2026, adding its founder to the product team.

ZoomInfo integrates GTM.AI context layer into Nooks AI sales dialer

ZoomInfo has built a two-way integration with Nooks AI, bringing its B2B intelligence into the Nooks parallel dialer and feeding engagement signals back into ZoomInfo GTM Studio Audiences. The integration is powered by GTM.AI, ZoomInfo's headless GTM context layer. Mutual customers can now access ZoomInfo's verified contact and account data, including phone numbers and intent signals, directly within the Nooks dialer through a native connector. Conversely, Nooks engagement data, such as call attempts and conversation outcomes, flows back into ZoomInfo GTM Studio through a Custom Data Connector. The integration addresses B2B data decay, where approximately 70% of contact data becomes stale annually. GTM.AI enables consistent governance and access control across both platforms and dozens of other integrations. The solution is now generally available to mutual customers.
