About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
- English proficiency at CEFR B2 or above is required.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays, is required.
- Willingness to be based in BSD and/or Jakarta is required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately are required.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
- Experience in finance, accounting, business operations, or shared services through full-time work, internships, or relevant academic projects is required.
- Experience processing high volumes of transactions or operational tasks is required.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, financial systems, or business operation platforms is required.
- Experience working in a BPO, shared services, or multinational environment is required.
- Verify, process, and record financial transactions and operational requests accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation while ensuring data integrity.
- Investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and follow up on outstanding items with relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and within established turnaround times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily finance and operational activities.
- Perform reconciliation and administrative tasks to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
- Support ad hoc back-office activities and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to achieving team productivity, quality, and service performance targets.
