- One year of healthcare experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- Must meet visual color acuity screening requirements when applicable to the role or specific unit.
- Provide nursing assistance and patient care for the comfort, safety, and personal needs of patients.
- Assist physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners in a medical office setting.
- Perform patient care duties within a multidisciplinary patient care team as delegated by a physician.
- Perform duties assigned by supervising physicians, clinical staff, and the Practice Coordinator after competency is established.
- Prior Medical Assistant experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
