About the job
- Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging program.
- Registration as a Radiologic Technologist with one year of diagnostic radiology experience, or registration with the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Magnetic Resonance registry in lieu of American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiologic Technologist certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- Operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.
- Registration as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Magnetic Resonance registry or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists Magnetic Resonance registry.
- One year of training and experience in magnetic resonance imaging.
