About the company

Project Access helps underprivileged students access top universities by providing free guidance and support for applying, gaining admission, and succeeding in higher education. What believers are saying

  • March 2026 Portland launch proved the virtual resource-center model can scale.
  • April 2026 Citi and MoCaFi events widened financial-health partnerships in California.
  • July 2026 record golf-tournament fundraising raised $422,000 for families and seniors.

What critics are saying

  • Funding concentration remains acute; 2025 achievements relied on funders, volunteers, and partners.
  • No layoffs surfaced, but service delivery depends on ongoing charitable fundraising.
  • If donations soften, expansion stalls and resident programs shrink across housing sites.

What makes Project Access unique

  • Project Access operates on-site resource centers inside affordable housing communities.
  • Its 2026 app, Project Access Connect, extends services into a virtual center.
  • The model blends health, education, employment, and resident services with local partners.
