Requirements

  • You must be enrolled in education for the full duration of this apprenticeship.
  • You must have a strong sense of team mentality and reliability.
  • You must be positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about changes in the transportation industry.
  • You must have C1-level spoken and written English.
  • You must have good oral and written communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
  • You must be able to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts.
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and web use, are required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tyre changes and wheel swaps.
  • Replenish fluids.
  • Perform door-handle repairs specific to Tesla vehicles.
  • Replace wiper blades.
  • Perform annual service, including Tesla-specific repairs.
  • Carry out four-wheel alignment and understand its basic principles.
  • Replace drive units, including Tesla-specific repairs.
  • Perform basic diagnostics.
  • Make body adjustments.
  • Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools.
  • Perform equipment inspections and calibrations.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections of new cars.

Desired Qualifications

  • A European driver's license and a safe driving record are preferred.
