Requirements
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
State bar certification in Texas.
Two to five years of personal injury experience or related legal experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Organizational and planning skills, including time management and maintaining order.
A competitive spirit, ownership mentality, and desire for continuous improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to maintain an elevated level of advocacy on behalf of clients.
Bilingual ability is a plus.
Responsibilities
Discover and develop clients’ stories by working on cases and helping protect clients from insurance companies.
Deliver strong job performance and provide service that leads clients to recommend the attorney to others.
Manage caseloads proactively and provide exemplary customer service to clients.
Provide strategic insights that help drive the business forward.
Lead and manage a pod, developing and implementing strategies to foster productive relationships with the support team and align work with company goals and objectives.
Advocate assertively for clients and pursue their goals in a fast-paced environment.

Discover & Develop Client’s Story: Work on great cases for exceptional clients. Keep them from getting taken advantage of by insurance companies.

Efficient Caseload Management: Be proactive, not reactive, providing exemplary customer service to your clients. Your strategic insights will be critical in driving our business forward.

What We’re Looking For:

$100K - $200K base salary per year based on experience and potential.
