Responsibilities

  • Produce a weekly report identifying what to scale or cut and feed results into creative briefs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Consumer fintech, brokerage, or trading experience.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • BAM stake doubled to 28.1% in Q1 2026, then reached roughly 31-32%.
  • JTX launched July 21, 2026, with 80% of fees routed to JTO buybacks.
  • JIP-31 and 2026 subsidies redirect revenue toward BAM validators, strengthening network adoption.

What critics are saying

  • JTX launched July 2026 into crowded Solana trading; Meteora, Jupiter, and Phoenix compete aggressively.
  • No locking exists for JTO; fast voter churn can destabilize governance and treasury decisions.
  • If Solana activity shifts away from BAM, Jito’s fee streams and relevance shrink.

What makes Jito Foundation unique

  • Jito Foundation wraps DAO governance while tokenholders control upgrades, treasury, and dissolution.
  • BAM and JitoSOL anchor Solana execution, staking, and fee capture across products.
  • JTX extends Jito into self-custodial trading, linking infrastructure directly to user activity.

BatX Energies raises $11M Series A led by IvyCap to expand battery recycling capacity

BatX Energies, a battery recycling and critical minerals recovery startup, has raised Rs 105 crore ($11 million) in a Series A round led by IvyCap Ventures. Existing investors Zephyr Peacock, Mankind Pharma Family Office, Excel Industries Family Office and JITO also participated. The Gurugram-based company, founded by Utkarsh Singh and Vikrant Singh, recovers materials including lithium, cobalt, nickel and graphite from end-of-life batteries and manufacturing scrap. BatX operates a commercial-scale recycling platform and currently supplies recovered battery-grade materials to the market. The funding will expand recycling and refining capacity, strengthen research and development, and accelerate development of a domestic supply chain for battery materials. The company is also developing Cathode Active Materials for lithium-ion battery manufacturing.
