Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
A bachelor's degree is preferred; an associate degree is accepted with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Experience with clinical office workflows and healthcare operations is preferred.
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), particularly NextGen.
Responsibilities
Provide operational leadership and oversight for Primary Care and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services across all agency locations.
Supervise and support nursing and medical support staff, including staffing, scheduling, workflows, performance, training, and professional development.
Develop and improve clinical workflows, policies, procedures, and processes to enhance patient care, access, efficiency, and consistency across locations.
Collaborate with medical providers and organizational leadership to monitor quality, compliance, productivity, patient outcomes, and operational performance.
Lead EHR initiatives, staff training, quality improvement efforts, and medical operational projects while promoting integrated, patient-centered care.
