Requirements
  • A four-year bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Four to six years of relevant work experience in marketing, public relations, or advertising is required.
  • Three to five years of experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital channels is required.
  • Three to five years of experience developing marketing content, including sales collateral, email campaigns, web page copy, presentations, and customer communications is required.
  • Experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and business objectives is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, is required.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone, and perform sedentary office work with repetitive hand and wrist motions is required.
  • Close visual acuity is required for preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
Responsibilities
  • Execute multimedia marketing campaigns for key product releases for assigned products, brands, and market segments.
  • Support campaign planning and execution for assigned brands’ multimedia campaigns for product launches, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify topics and educational opportunities for representative communications, webinars, blogs, social media, videos, and white papers.
  • Develop and distribute clear, actionable content for sales representatives and channel partners, including email and social media campaigns.
  • Refine messaging strategy and implement improvements as needed.
  • Partner with the media and communications specialist to identify paid media opportunities for assigned brands, including advertorials, print publication ads, representative promotions, and press releases.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain marketing collateral, including catalogs, sales sheets, manuals, case studies, and other sales enablement materials.
  • Ensure content on assigned websites and product pages is current and accurate.
  • Influence go-to-market messaging and content strategy for product displays, sales tools, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, and displays.
  • Facilitate market research and analysis on distribution channels, customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities.
  • Serve as a resource to internal stakeholders, sales teams, and customers by providing product, market, and marketing expertise.
  • Lead assigned projects and contribute to process improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign, website, and content performance and interpret performance trends to optimize channel mix, messaging, or investment and inform future strategy.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, engineering, and corporate marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and launches.
  • Attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
