Requirements
  • The candidate must have 5–7+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or consulting in complex, high-stakes client environments.
  • The candidate must have proven experience building and deploying agentic artificial intelligence systems in production.
  • The candidate must have deep fluency with prompt engineering, agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks, observability, and guardrails.
  • The candidate must have strong integration and application programming interface skills and experience working in undocumented environments.
  • The candidate must have experience shipping systems inside a large organization and supporting them through operation.
  • The candidate must be comfortable making sound decisions with incomplete information and documenting findings.
  • The candidate must be able to communicate with front-line staff and present deployment architecture to a chief technology officer.
Responsibilities
  • Embed with a small portfolio of high-complexity client accounts to design, build, and deploy artificial intelligence systems in their real environments.
  • Run deep discovery to map workflows, identify friction, and understand organizational and technical landscapes before configuration begins.
  • Build production-grade agentic systems, including multi-step artificial intelligence workflows, tool-calling architectures, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop structures.
  • Navigate legacy systems, undocumented infrastructure, compliance requirements, and change-management challenges.
  • Build deployment playbooks from engagements and document deployment standards.
  • Partner with the Solutions Engineering team to bring field intelligence back to architectural standards and tooling choices.
  • Travel to client sites as required, including meaningful in-person time with clients.
