Requirements

  • At least 5 years of retail or fast-paced-environment work experience is preferred.
  • Be willing to learn and grow and accept feedback with an open mind.
  • Be willing to work in an active environment with music and lighting and adapt to changing work rhythms.
  • Demonstrate customer-service orientation, integrate actively with the team, and provide support quickly when needed.
  • Bring a positive and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and engaging experiences, remain focused during high-traffic periods, operate the register efficiently, introduce products, and offer personalized service and recommendations.
  • Follow operating standards and procedures, keep the store clean and orderly, maintain displays to standard, support inventory management and back-of-house operations, and address basic cash-handling and technology-equipment issues.
  • Represent the M&M'S brand, engage with customers, and sometimes portray a classic brand character.
  • Help create a fun and inclusive environment, guide and assist new colleagues, practice Mars values and culture, and maintain team communication and collaboration.
  • Execute sales strategies, support business growth goals, assist with daily sales and cash-management reports, and comply with company policies, food-safety requirements, and local regulations.
  • Complete other duties assigned by the leadership team.
