Overview:
rag & bone’s service desk now runs with an AI agent as the first line of support for our corporate and retail teams. It handles routine Level 1 requests, such as password resets, access requests, and how-to questions, and the share of requests it resolves on its own will keep growing. As our Level 2 Help Desk Specialist, you are the expert behind it. You pick up what the agent escalates, solve the harder Windows and Apple hardware and software problems, and make the agent better with every ticket by turning fixes into knowledge, workflows, and automations. You will also own the hands-on side of support at HQ: the workstations, desks, and equipment our teams work from.

The AI agent is the front door; you are the judgment and the hands behind it. Success in this role is measured not only by the issues you resolve, but by how much of the work you make repeatable, so the agent resolves more each quarter and the team spends its time on work that genuinely needs a person.

Responsibilities:
•   Resolve Level 2 incidents and requests escalated by the AI service desk agent across Windows and Apple systems (PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad), including complex hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
•   Serve as the human point of contact for corporate and retail staff when an issue needs a person, providing clear, patient support and training on our tools and devices.
•   Review escalations and AI-handled conversations to identify inaccurate answers, knowledge gaps, and missed automation opportunities, and feed findings back to improve resolution quality.
•   Own the knowledge base the AI agent relies on: write, update, and retire articles for Windows, macOS and iOS so answers stay accurate, current, and easy to follow.
•   Work closely with the AI team to design, test, and maintain AI agent workflows and automations (for example access requests, software installs, device enrollment, and onboarding and offboarding steps)
•   Manage Windows, macOS and iOS devices using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager, including policies, configuration profiles, app deployment, and compliance.
•   Set up and support employee workstations and desks, including computers, monitors, docks, keyboards, phones, and other peripherals, for new hires, moves, and refreshes.
•   Troubleshoot and resolve onsite hardware and peripheral issues at HQ, including cabling and printers.
•   Track inventory of Windows and Apple systems to ensure proper refresh cycles and reliability.
•   Plan and execute the selection, purchase, installation, configuration, and testing of new Windows and Apple equipment.
•   Escalate issues beyond Level 2 to infrastructure, security, and application owners with clear documentation for a fast handoff.

Requirements:
•   2+ years of help desk or desktop support experience, including Level 2 troubleshooting in a mixed Windows and Apple environment, ideally in retail or fashion.
•   Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and iOS systems, and proficient in diagnosing complex hardware, software, and operating system issues.
•   Ability to maintain and configure systems using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager with Federated Apple ID.
•   Hands-on experience operating ITSM AI agents (such as Serval, ServiceNow, Fixify, or Ivanti), with strong AI literacy.
•   Experience writing clear, structured knowledge base content that works for both end users and AI agents.
•   Comfortable building workflows and automations; scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or zsh) is a plus.
•   Experience building or tuning ITSM AI agents is a big plus.
•   Analytical mindset, comfortable using ticket data and service metrics to spot trends and prioritize improvements.
•   Hands-on experience setting up workstations and peripherals, and comfortable with the physical side of the role, including moving and installing equipment.
•   Knowledge of Android systems is a plus.
•   Experience with Meraki network is a plus.
•   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues simply and stay calm with frustrated users.
•   Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment.
•   Detail-oriented, organized, and able to effectively perform multiple tasks.
•   Flexible schedule availability during weekdays and weekends, as necessary.

EXCLUSIVE: Rag & Bone steps up european expansion, starting with Paris flagship. With a new stand-alone store in the Marais, the New York-based label is laying the groundwork for a bigger international push. September 23, 2026, 1:00am PARIS - Rag & Bone will officially open its doors to its first Paris flagship Wednesday, and celebrate with a splashy party on Sunday night. But the New York-based label's arrival in Paris is less about planting a flag in the French capital than the first step in a bigger expansion strategy across Europe under new ownership. "There's so much to do," said brand president Valentina Lucaj, who joined Rag & Bone four months ago following senior roles at Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent and Prada. The Marais store on Rue Vieille du Temple is intended to be the first of at least two Paris locations. The company is also targeting another stand-alone store in London by mid-2027, plans to turn an October pop-up at Galeries Lafayette into a permanent space and is exploring expansion in Italy and Spain. However, the strategy is less about reinventing Rag & Bone than honing its house codes for both retail and product. The company has "hired some additional talent" on the design teams across multiple categories, said Lucaj, but there is no plan to bring a big-name designer on board to wholly reinvent the label. "It's more further establishing the product pillars that we have and upgrading some of the skill in the pursuit of our ambition," she said. Lucaj's appointment followed Rag & Bone's acquisition by Guess and WHP Global in 2024. Guess acquired the brand's operating assets, while Guess and WHP took joint ownership of its IP. The deal was intended to give the New York label access to a larger global infrastructure while allowing it to retain its identity focused on denim, British tailoring and upscaled everyday pieces. "It's not about trends. It's not about being something that we're not," she said. "We have always been a brand founded on the base of a wardrobe big in denim, mixed with British tailoring and uncompromising quality. And so, for me, the language should really be about focusing on the discipline of that." That discipline is being applied to distribution as much as product. Rag & Bone has historically been heavily wholesale driven, and Lucaj does not see stand-alone retail growth as a replacement for wholesale. Instead, the two channels have different jobs within a larger ecosystem. The brand has had a wholesale business in France for more than a decade, including a long-standing relationship with Le Bon Marché. The new flagship will allow the brand to control the full customer experience itself. "When you're working in wholesale, sometimes you can have a limited representation of the brand," she said. "So having a physical retail store in France and in Paris specifically allows us to articulate a full brand expression and showcase all of our product categories." That expression will become increasingly important as Rag & Bone builds out additional product categories. The brand has had a consistently strong footwear business, and there will be a new focus on growing that category, while leather goods and accessories are "definitely an underdeveloped category that has a massive potential for our future," she said. The larger opportunity, however, is not simply to sell more products. It is to establish itself in what Lucaj describes as "a new middle" between contemporary fashion and luxury. "Contemporary's opportunity today is to define a new middle," she said. "And that's what we're really focused on as we think about evolving our product categories, both in terms of end use, function, price, quality. The business that we're in today is really redefining what it means to be in the middle." As luxury prices have risen, she said consumers have increasingly mixed contemporary and luxury pieces in the same wardrobe, creating space for brands that can offer quality, design and longevity without luxury-level pricing. "Consumers have always mixed high and low, right?" she said. "Mixing contemporary items with luxury items has been a consistent trend for many years, and with the price of luxury increasing over the years, it offers the space for contemporary brands to show up differently." To that end, Rag & Bone's positioning will double down on well-made, distinctive pieces with classic core values. "Our main objective always is to design product that we believe in, product that stands for quality, and a kind of product that you can live in," she said. The Paris flagship is one of the first expressions of that more cohesive brand identity. The 1,745-square-foot space features residential-style interiors, designed with Studio Armando Aguirre and furnished with vintage and antique pieces sourced from markets outside of Paris. The store also houses the Rag & Bone Archive, with pieces from the brand's history displayed exhibition style to showcase its craftsmanship and house codes. While the assortment will be tailored for Paris, the two cities share a common approach to fashion, Lucaj said. "It's not what you wear; it's how you live. In other words, we design products that you can really live in. Both cities have specific physicality to the way that you have to kind of live and move in the city, and I think New Yorkers and Parisian men and women are always looking for product...starts with quality, but it all also starts with a sense of ease," she said. Lucaj also envisions the store as a connection between New York and Paris café culture, and has partnered with nearby La Perle, commissioning a custom mural and creating a bespoke coffee experience as part of integrating into the neighborhood. Plus a personal styling service is on offer to reinforce the more intimate, service-led retail experience Lucaj wants to grow. New vintage clothing store Moxie opens in Glasgow's Hidden Lane. A new destination for vintage clothing and second-hand fashion has opened in Rag & Bone in Finnieston's Hidden Lane, offering shoppers a curated collection of designer labels, classic tailoring and one-off statement pieces. Moxie is based in The Yard Rooms, a new retail space inside Rag & Bone. The two-floor store is already known for its collection of antique furniture, vintage interiors, art and collectables. Founded in 2007 by broadcaster, publicist and lifelong fashion devotee Heather Suttie, Moxie stocks womenswear, menswear, jewellery and accessories. Every item is hand-selected by Heather and Moxie's new colleague, Gillian Welsh for its design, quality and wearability. The collection includes preloved designer clothing from Vivienne Westwood, Celine, Aquascutum, Biba, Jaeger, Levi's and Ralph Lauren, to original vintage pieces from the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. Rag & Bone appoints Valentina Lucaj as brand president as Andrew Rosen steps back

Andrew Rosen is stepping back from day-to-day operations at Rag & Bone, transitioning from executive chairman to a strategic advisory role. Valentina Lucaj, formerly president of the Americas for Fendi, will take over as brand president in a newly created position. Rosen led the company through its acquisition by Guess and WHP Global in February 2024, committing to oversee the transition period. The business has grown approximately 30 per cent annually over the past two years. Lucaj, who spent nearly a decade at Louis Vuitton and held senior positions at Saint Laurent and Prada, will oversee marketing, merchandising and commercial strategy. She will focus on expanding wholesale, direct-to-consumer channels, international markets and accessory categories. Rag & Bone operates 67 stores globally, with international business representing 12 per cent of revenue.
