- Check installation quality, including mounting torque, alignment, labeling, and functional tests, and record values.
- Capture photo and video evidence and ensure required measurements are logged.
- Verify customer contact and site access steps and escalate issues promptly.
- Confirm preventive maintenance and service tasks are executed, including functional checks, adjustments, and firmware or configuration updates.
- Coach apprentices and technicians on metering and measurement techniques and documentation completeness.
- Close work orders with accurate notes, readings, photos, and redlines.
- Escalate abnormal findings, including missing parts, facade issues, and interference, for immediate action.
- Stage materials and kits for next-day jobs and verify bill of materials completeness.
