Requirements

Completed studies in business/economics or social sciences, or comparable training.
Several years of professional experience supporting employees and managers, ideally in the mechanical and electrical industry.
Good knowledge of employment law and the Works Constitution Act, ideally including the collective agreement for the metal and electrical industry.
Analytical thinking and an interest in complex, business-relevant relationships.
Sensitivity in dealing with people, an open manner, persuasive ability, strong communication skills, independent working ability, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Advise managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle on personnel-related matters in the assigned support area while considering business objectives.
Manage recruiting from job advertising and candidate selection through conducting interviews and reaching decisions jointly with the relevant department.
Ensure trusting cooperation as a partner of local works councils and employee representatives.
Plan and implement personnel measures and organizational changes in coordination with the supervisor, taking legal, collective-agreement, employment-contract, and personnel requirements into account.
Support organizational change processes and the design and implementation of targeted development tools and personnel-related measures.
Participate in the BEM and integration team and take responsibility for health management.
Participate in projects both within HR and across teams with other departments and external parties.

Über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle hinweg beraten Sie Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende des eigenen Betreuungsbereichs in personalrelevanten Themen unter Beachtung unternehmerischer Zielsetzungen 
Sie sind für das Recruiting von der Stellenausschreibung über die Bewerberauswahl und das Führen der Vorstellungsgespräche, bis hin zur gemeinsamen Entscheidungsfindung mit dem Fachbereich, zuständig
Als Partner (m/w/d) der lokalen Betriebsräte und Arbeitnehmervertretungen, stellen Sie eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit sicher
Die Planung und Durchführung von Personalmaßnahmen und Organisationsveränderungen unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher, tarifvertraglicher, arbeitsvertraglicher und personeller Voraussetzungen in Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten gehört zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich
Sie unterstützen bei organisatorischen Change Prozessen, sowie Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung zielgerichteter Weiterentwicklungsinstrumente sowie personalrelevanter Maßnahmen   
Sie wirken in BEM- und Integrations-Team und Übernahme des Gesundheitsmanagements mit
Sie arbeiten gerne in Projekten mit, sowohl HR-intern als auch teamübergreifend mit anderen Abteilungen bzw. Externen

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

Ihr Studium der Wirtschafts-, Sozialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte, idealerweise in der M+E Industrie bringen Sie mit
Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse des Arbeitsrechts, des Betriebsverfassungsgesetzes sowie idealerweise im Tarifvertrag Metall- und Elektroindustrie
Sie bringen ein analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Interesse an komplexen, businessrelevanten Zusammenhängen mit 
Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit Menschen, offenes Auftreten, Überzeugungskraft, Kommunikationsstärke, selbstständiges und eigenständiges Arbeiten sowie Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
