  • 2+ years of inside sales or account management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build relationships with small and medium-sized businesses

  • Proficiency with Salesforce

Responsibilities
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing florist customers by promoting additional services and products aligned with their business goals
  • Account management by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Pipeline management including maintaining a pipeline of upsell opportunities and accurate forecasting and tracking in Salesforce
  • Develop a deep understanding of BloomNation's suite of products and articulate their value to customers
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with internal teams to improve offerings and customer experience
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
