Aug. 20, 2026 CamCard Business already integrates with Salesforce, SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics, and other leading CRM platforms, helping teams move new contacts into their existing workflows. Now, based on customer requests, Camcard is adding HubSpot to its supported CRM integrations. Once a Super Admin or Admin enables the integration, anyone on the team can send business cards from CamCard Business directly to HubSpot - manually or automatically. This eliminates duplicate data entry and makes new contacts available for follow-up sooner. Here's how to set up the HubSpot integration and start exporting your business cards. Enable the HubSpot integration A Super Admin or Admin must enable HubSpot before team members can use the integration. 1) Sign in to CamCard Business and click "Settings" in the top-right corner. 2) Open "CRM Settings" and select "HubSpot." 3) Click "Next" to finish the setup. Once HubSpot is enabled, Admins and team members can export business cards to it. Automatically export business cards to HubSpot If you don't want to select and export cards each time, choose automatic export on the "Export to CRM" page. Once enabled, new business cards will be sent to HubSpot automatically, with no additional export steps required. Each team member can choose manual or automatic export to fit their workflow. Check your HubSpot export history You can review your HubSpot export activity at any time from the "Export to CRM" page, including: The last export time, successfully exported cards, and failed exports. If a card fails to export, click the failure reason to see what went wrong and how to resolve it. HubSpot is the latest CRM integration available in CamCard Business. With HubSpot connected, your team can send business card contacts directly to its CRM, avoid entering the same information twice, and move smoothly from capturing a contact to following up. SugarCRM's Sugar Sell ranks No. 1 in Info-Tech midmarket CRM Report.

SugarCRM's Sugar Sell ranks No. 1 in Info-Tech midmarket CRM Report. SugarCRM's Sugar Sell topped Info-Tech Research Group's Data Quadrant Report for midmarket CRM, earning the highest composite score from verified customer feedback across support, implementation and user experience. Renascence Newsdesk What happened. SugarCRM's Sugar Sell has been named the top-ranked midmarket CRM platform in Info-Tech Research Group's new Data Quadrant Report, based entirely on verified feedback from business users. The platform achieved the highest overall composite score in the category and was singled out for strong performance across business value, customer support, implementation, features, vendor management, user experience and product strategy. The Data Quadrant Report is compiled from structured customer reviews rather than analyst opinion, positioning it as a peer-driven benchmark of how CRM vendors are actually experienced by the organisations using them day to day. Why it matters. For CX and service-design practitioners, the result is a useful reminder that CRM platforms are increasingly judged less on feature checklists and more on the lived experience of implementation, support responsiveness and day-to-day usability. A midmarket ranking built on verified customer feedback rather than vendor-supplied metrics carries particular weight for buyers who want evidence that a platform performs well once deployed, not just in a sales demo. The breadth of categories where Sugar Sell scored well - spanning both "hard" functionality and "soft" experience factors like support and user experience - points to a broader shift in how CRM value is assessed: composite, end-to-end satisfaction is becoming as important as any single capability. The Renascence take. Vendor rankings built on verified customer feedback are only as meaningful as the categories they measure - and this one is notable for weighting experience factors as heavily as functionality. What's easy to miss in a headline like this is that "product strategy" and "user experience" sit alongside "implementation" and "support" as equally weighted pillars of value - which is exactly how customers actually judge a system, whether it's a CRM or a retail app. Most buyers still default to feature comparisons when evaluating platforms, but the real churn risk lives in onboarding friction and how quickly a support ticket gets resolved. Midmarket operators evaluating CRM platforms should treat a result like this as a prompt to interrogate their own vendor's post-sale experience metrics, not just its feature sheet. SugarCRM Named a Leader in the Nucleus Research Report

SugarCRM named a Leader in the Nucleus Research report. Sales Force Automation Technology Value Matrix 2026. SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA - February 24, 2026 - SugarCRM, provider of the award-winning intelligence-driven sales automation platform, today announced that it has been named a Leader in the Nucleus Research Sales Force Automation (SFA) Technology Value Matrix 2026. This is the sixth consecutive year that Sugar has been recognized as a Leader in Nucleus Research's technology value matrix assessments; in the 2026, 2025, and 2024 standalone SFA reports, as well as in the 2023, 2022, and 2021 CRM Technology Value Matrix reports. The latest recognition underscores the strengths of Sugar Sell, Sugar's flagship SFA solution, and the company's commitment to deliver measurable value and actionable intelligence for sales leaders. Sugar Sell prioritizes guided action over basic pipeline management. Embedded AI and enhanced workflow capabilities help sellers understand what is happening within accounts and identify the actions most likely to retain business and advance deals. Key strengths recognized include Sugar's embedded AI, which operates within real-world seller workflows rather than simply augmenting dashboards. By delivering account insights, next-best-action guidance, meeting preparation support and opportunity recommendations tied directly to execution, information is presented contextually to help sellers move deals forward with greater speed and confidence. In addition, Nucleus analysts underscore a key Sugar differentiator - SugarCRM sales-i, which analyzes ERP order data to uncover account insights, buying patterns, and whitespace opportunities. These insights are surfaced directly within the CRM, enabling sellers to identify cross-sell, upsell, and retention opportunities without relying on separate BI tools or heavy IT involvement. "We're honored to be recognized as a Leader in the Nucleus Research Sales Force Automation Technology Value Matrix once again," said David Roberts, SugarCRM CEO. "We've built a very different type of SFA product - a system of proactive sales guidance that interprets signals from across the business and guides sellers toward the highest-value actions. We call this our 'precision selling platform'." "Sugar Sell is positioned for organizations that require context-driven selling, ERP-informed insights, and AI embedded directly into sales workflows, particularly where account expansion, retention, and complex selling motions are central to revenue growth," said Cameron Marsh, Senior Analyst, Nucleus Research. "As organizations enter 2026 seeking greater revenue predictability and less operational friction, SugarCRM's Precision Selling vision positions the platform as a focused alternative to traditional, fragmented CRM environments. By unifying CRM and ERP data, expanding its intelligence layer, and embedding AI-driven guidance directly into seller workflows, Sugar enables teams to make faster, more informed decisions while reducing the administrative effort that often slows execution." About SugarCRM. SugarCRM software solutions help sales teams reach their highest potential. Designed to cut through complexity, prioritize opportunities, and increase upsell using the resources they already have, SugarCRM is ideal for complex, relationship-driven industries - such as manufacturing, wholesale and distribution - looking to accelerate growth and drive smarter decision-making.
