- Ability to read blueprints, unit assembly drawings, and electronic schematics.
- Ability to operate basic hand, power, and air tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently during an 8-hour work shift.

- Ability to climb a ladder and/or scaffolding frequently during an 8-hour work shift.

- Assemble crates around finished products by reading blueprints and using pneumatic hand tools.
- Review unit assembly drawings and electronic schematics to identify the placement of components and sensors.
- Work in production systems including SAP and MII.
- Operate basic hand, power, and air tools.
