- Follow customer delivery instructions and ensure orders are delivered accurately, safely, and professionally.
- Enter and exit the vehicle through the driver's door or cargo-bay doors, retrieve customer orders, and stack them on a dolly without damaging products.
- Determine merchandise placement while following safety and lifting protocols during deliveries.
- Use a hand truck to move cases and loose items across stairs, ramps, sidewalks, and other building obstacles.
- Make multiple delivery stops per night, handling up to approximately 150–200 items per stop.
- Confirm each delivery using the provided phone.
- Pick up empty crates and trays and return them to the warehouse at the end of each shift.
- Identify order issues and resolve them in real time.
- Use a handheld device for routing and obtaining or submitting customer information.
- Use an RF scanner to identify and pull items to build customer orders.
- Move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment center.
- Operate a hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory across the fulfillment center.
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise and non-inventory items in and out of delivery vehicles, trucks, and vans.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
- Experience navigating New Jersey and New York.
- Food delivery and food safety experience.
