Responsibilities
Engage with and supervise nine youth in a structured, home-like setting while maintaining a steady and reliable presence.
Provide firm, supportive guidance that builds confidence and encourages positive growth.
Plan and lead activities such as hiking, field outings, and recreational challenges that help youth develop practical life skills.
Coach youth toward their service goals, including homework support, coping strategies, and consistent behavior management.
Serve as a positive role model who reinforces accountability and supports overall well-being.
Desired Qualifications
One year of experience working with adolescents is preferred but not required.
Residential experience is preferred.
Experience working with systems such as the Department of Mental Health and the Department of Children and Families is preferred.
Additional languages are desirable but not required.

Requirements
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1 year experience working with adolescents is preferred (not required)
Residential experience preferred
