Netcompany and Kamstrup form strategic partnership to support smarter grid operations.

Netcompany and Kamstrup form strategic partnership to support smarter grid operations. Netcompany and Kamstrup are entering into a strategic partnership to further develop Kamstrup's Grid Management Services. By combining Netcompany's AI-enabled PULSE platform and software development capabilities with Kamstrup's grid expertise, the partnership will help distribution system operators gain deeper insight into their networks and make more efficient use of existing grid capacity. Electrification is increasing pressure on the electricity grid. More electric vehicles, heat pumps, data centres, battery storage and distributed energy generation are adding complexity to grid operations, while expanding infrastructure is both time-consuming and resource-intensive. This increases the need to make better use of existing grid capacity. In this context, gaining a more accurate understanding of grid conditions and identifying where available capacity can be utilised more effectively has become a strategic priority for many distribution system operators. To address this challenge, Kamstrup and Netcompany have entered into a strategic partnership to further develop Kamstrup's Grid Management Services, providing distribution system operators with a stronger foundation for planning and operating the grid of the future. The ambition is to make data-driven grid planning more accessible to distribution system operators across Europe. Michael Breumsø, Senior Vice President, Electricity, Kamstrup, says: "With Grid Management Services, we already offer a strong solution that helps distribution system operators turn existing data into better decision-making for operations, planning and investments. By combining our deep expertise in meter data and grid operations with Netcompany's PULSE platform and enhanced innovation capabilities, we can develop new solutions faster and create even greater value for our customers." Kamstrup's Grid Management Services already translate meter data and low-voltage grid intelligence into actionable insights and recommendations. While concrete case studies have already shown that up to 10 per cent of capacity can be freed up in parts of the electricity grid, the next step is to make these insights available to more distribution system operators, faster and more efficiently to an even wider range of utilities. The partnership will strengthen the potential for AI adoption in the utilities sector, transforming large volumes of data into a stronger basis for decision-making. With PULSE as the underlying platform and Netcompany's expertise, Kamstrup will be able to accelerate further innovation and strengthen the link between data, insights and operational action. Netcompany brings extensive experience in data analytics, AI and the digitalisation of critical infrastructure to the partnership. Through the PULSE platform, Netcompany will become a key partner in the continued development and scaling of Grid Management Services. Kamstrup provides intelligent metering solutions to utilities in more than 80 countries and has over 30 million meters installed worldwide. Anders Reinholdt Jacobsen, Partner at Netcompany: "PULSE enables us to bring together data from multiple sources and combine it with advanced analytics and AI. Together with Kamstrup, we can turn insights into actionable intelligence that helps distribution system operators make better use of existing capacity and manage an increasingly complex power grid."

Netcompany signs framework agreement to manage 50+ digital systems for the Norwegian Agriculture Agency.

Netcompany signs framework agreement to manage 50+ digital systems for the Norwegian Agriculture Agency. The Norwegian Agriculture Agency (Landbruksdirektoratet) has selected Netcompany to maintain and further develop a portfolio of more than 50 systems under a new framework agreement. The agreement runs for three years with an option to extend for a further three years, and has an estimated value of NOK 30-45 million per year. The Norwegian Agriculture Agency has selected Netcompany to maintain and further develop the Agency's entire portfolio of digital systems. Netcompany will gradually take over responsibility from the current suppliers and by the end of 2026 Netcompany will assume full delivery responsibility under the agreement, which also includes technical and strategic advisory services as well as quality assurance of deliveries from third parties. The Agency's systems support the administration of various support and subsidy schemes within agriculture, forestry, reindeer husbandry and wildlife subject to hunting. The systems are used by around 40,000 farms, 170,000 hunters, 120,000 forest owners, 3,000 reindeer herders and 1,500 caseworkers across the Agency and other public bodies. Netcompany has worked with the Norwegian Agriculture Agency since 2022, helping develop digital solutions for the reindeer husbandry industry, including subsidy applications, case processing and registration of slaughter data. Under the new framework agreement, Netcompany takes on a broader responsibility for modernisation, further development and ongoing maintenance across the Agency's system portfolio. "We are incredibly proud that the Norwegian Agriculture Agency continues to place its trust in us. We know the Agency's systems and processes from our previous collaboration, and we will build on that insight to ensure stable operations while developing modern, scalable solutions that support the needs of both the Agency and Norwegian agriculture", says Geir Arne Olsen, Country Managing Partner at Netcompany Norway. The agreement adds to Netcompany's growing role in the digitalisation of the Norwegian public sector and critical infrastructure. The company already works with a number of Norwegian government bodies and municipalities on digitalisation, and also has several partnerships within Norwegian rail and airport operations.

Netcompany claims NHS contract to help digitise screening.

Netcompany claims NHS contract to help digitise screening. Denmark's Netcompany has been awarded a five-year contract from NHS England, worth more than £215 million, to build the digital infrastructure underpinning adult screening programmes. The agreement covers all seven national adult screening programmes, including breast, cervical, and bowel cancers, which collectively lead to around 15 million invitations to take part each year and saves thousands of lives. In a statement, Netcompany said the services will form a central part of the NHS Digital Prevention Services Programme (DPSP) and be instrumental in the government's ambition to shift the health service from treatment to prevention, as laid out in the current NHS 10-Year Plan. The objective is to deliver "earlier diagnosis and faster treatment," according to the company, which will run and enhance the digital services behind the existing screening pathways while building the next generation. That will include a new national breast screening service and an enhanced cervical screening service that invites people digitally and offers them an HPV self-testing kit at home. The upgraded screening infrastructure is designed to find more disease earlier, shorten the time between an invitation and a result, and make it easier for people to take part, according to Netcompany. It also stressed that the services will be "sovereign and NHS-owned: built in the UK and controlled by the NHS." Additionally, the contract includes a commitment to use an ecosystem of UK partners, with 33% of contract revenues committed to small and medium-sized businesses. There is considerable debate in the UK at the moment about the prominent role being played in the digitalisation of the NHS by controversial US tech firm Palantir, which manages a £330 million, seven-year contract with NHS England to run the Federated Data Platform (FDP). There have been calls by patient, healthcare, worker, trade union, and consumer rights groups, as well as MPs, for that contract to be cancelled when it expires next February. Netcompany already has a track record of working successfully with the NHS, having previously delivered a national online GP registration service, used by millions of patients and adopted by 99% of surgeries in England. "We are taking on one of the most ambitious digital programmes in the UK healthcare sector, further strengthening Netcompany's position as a key public-sector partner," said André Rogaczewski, the company's co-founder and chief executive. "Screening saves lives, and the digital systems that support this programme have a decisive impact on millions of citizens," he added. "Our role is to build modern, secure, and data-driven solutions that ensure screening is fast, effective, and targeted." 3 September, 2026

Netcompany raises 2026 revenue guidance to 16-20.5% growth after strong H1 performance

Netcompany Group has raised its full-year revenue guidance for 2026 following strong first-half performance. The Danish IT services company now expects group revenue growth of between 16% and 20.5%, up from its previous guidance of 15% to 20%. The upgrade comes after Netcompany achieved revenue growth of 40.9% in the first six months of 2026, with 15.1 percentage points of that growth being organic. The company cited its current backlog and weighted pipeline as supporting factors for the revised outlook. Netcompany maintained its adjusted EBITDA margin guidance at between 16% and 19% for the group. The company is scheduled to publish its full second-quarter interim report on 13 August 2026.
