Your Role

As a Software Engineering Intern on the Dev Acceleration team, you will play a crucial role in evolving the Docker Desktop UI. Your work will not only improve the aesthetics and functionality of our product but also contribute to the development of new core features that will define the future of our user experience. From your very first day, you will be:

• Contributing: Your ideas and efforts will be integral to our product development process. You’ll collaborate with the team on UI enhancements, tackle "low-hanging fruit" to polish our product, and contribute to the ideation and execution of new features.

• Learning: You’ll gain hands-on experience with the latest technologies and best practices in software development. Our supportive environment is designed to accelerate your learning and help you grow your skill set in real-world applications.

What You’ll Bring

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in computer science or similar.

• A curiosity for learning and a passion for software development.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

• Front-end experience with libraries like React or Angular would be preferred but not required.

• Candidates should demonstrate a foundational understanding of software development principles and a readiness to immerse themselves in our tech stack.
