Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in the mortgage, title, and/or real estate industries is preferred, including customer service, product support, mortgage loan processing, loan closing, loan funding, title processing, title searching, title examination, or title clerk work.
  • Thorough knowledge of real estate transactions, loan documents, residential underwriting principles, titles to land or homes, settlement statements, and title insurance commitments is preferred.
  • The ability to adapt to routine and unique inquiries within established parameters is required.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and expand relationships with clients across the country by providing ongoing support for web-based products.
  • Provide timely resolution of phone and email inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Assist property managers, real estate agents, title and escrow agents, mortgage processors, prospective buyers, and homeowners while they select products on web-based ordering systems.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products based on state regulatory requirements for residential loan-closing transactions.
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate communication between clients and web-based users.
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation of inquiries, events, and transactions in the proprietary system.
  • Calculate, validate, and report daily operational performance metrics for the department or departments.
  • Research, define, and submit client change requests to the Account Management and Product Development departments.
  • Escalate reported issues accurately and promptly to management, the Helpdesk, and Software.
  • Develop a cursory understanding of other company departments and business partners to facilitate accurate call routing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent work experience with excellent references will also be considered.
