Customer Support Representative
About the job
- At least 6 months of customer interaction experience.
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills are required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Answer customer product questions, assist with orders, track returns, and accept payments for online products.
- Document customer interactions in a tracking system.
- Handle fax, email, and phone inquiries.
- Track calls and service requests.
- Escalate problem calls to other service providers.
- Provide occasional warehouse product management support.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Phone sales or support experience is preferred.
- Experience working in an office setting using fax, email, and phones is preferred.
- Experience providing support to end users on website navigation is ideal.
