About the job
- At least one year of experience as an Anesthesia Technician.
- Hold the American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Be registered as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia.
- Pass a visual color acuity screening when required for the specific unit.
- Prepare and set up appropriate equipment and supplies for each anesthetizing location.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Maintain a clean environment and adequate supply levels.
- Handle and deliver pharmaceuticals under the supervision of a pharmacist.
- Additional clinical specialty certifications in specific units, including registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia and Certified Anesthesia Technologist certification.
