Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy, operations, and growth of SharkNinja's Shark Programs and broader Early Edge experience, positioning SharkNinja as an employer of choice for early-career talent.
  • Advise Talent Access leadership, People and Culture Business Partners, executive sponsors, and business leaders; determine portfolio expansion, launch new cohorts against defined conditions, and build the team and infrastructure needed to scale into new international markets.
  • Assess where the Shark and Early Edge model should expand, build business cases with executive sponsors, and launch new cohorts using sponsorship, assessment rigor, daily coordination, and performance frameworks.
  • Hire, build, and lead the Early Talent recruiting and program team, including recruiters, coordinators, and program specialists; initially work hands-on and transition to team-led execution as the portfolio scales.
  • Own the program budget, vendors, and platforms.
  • Manage global program operations across AI Sharks/SharkByte, Robot Sharks, Social Sharks, Affiliates, and Web Development, including cohort calendars, onboarding, scope charters, stand-up cadences, and 30- and 45-day scorecard reviews.
  • Set recruiting intake standards with business sponsors, own sourcing strategy and assessment design, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience, including executive-level referrals, through the recruiting team.
  • Build university relationships, co-op program relationships, career fair participation, and employer brand activation across U.S. hubs and expansion markets.
  • Deliver Early Edge mentorship, community events, cross-cohort experiences, and weekly Innovation Pod programming with program sponsors.

Ninja's latest DualZone air fryer only launched in September, but Amazon has already reduced the new model to £249.99 as part of Prime Big Deal Days. Ninja has only just launched its latest air fryer in the UK, but the brand-new Ninja CRISPi Dual Zone is already £50 off as part of Amazon Prime Big Deal Days. The new air fryer was released on September 9, making the £249.99 deal price particularly notable less than a month after its launch. It has an RRP of £299.99, meaning shoppers can currently save £50 on the stone gold version during Amazon's limited-time sale. The Ninja CRISPi Dual Zone is the first DualZone air fryer in the UK to feature Ninja's CleanCrisp glassware, giving it a noticeably different design from the usual air fryers. It has two independent 3.8-litre glass cooking containers, giving a combined 7.6-litre capacity. That means you can cook two parts of a meal at once, with each side set to a completely different temperature, time and cooking function. One side could be used for chips while the other cooks chicken or vegetables, for example, without having to make both dishes follow the same programme. For busy households, that could make getting dinner on the table at the same time much easier. If you do want to cook the same thing in both zones, Match Cook lets you copy the settings across both sides, which could be particularly handy when batch cooking or feeding a crowd. There's also Ninja's Smart Finish function, designed to synchronise the cooking programmes so that both sides finish at the same time, even when the food needs different cooking times. But it's the glassware that really sets the new Ninja CRISPi apart. The PFAS- and PTFE-free glass cooking containers are designed to let you see your food as it cooks, while their thermal-shock-resistant construction means they can go from the air fryer to the table using the heat-safe handles. Once you've finished eating, the included lids mean leftovers can be covered and stored in the fridge without having to transfer them into another container. The glass cooking containers are also dishwasher-safe, potentially cutting down on the washing-up. That gives it plenty of versatility for everything from crispy chips and chicken to roasted vegetables, baked dishes, reheating leftovers and even proving dough. The 7.6-litre capacity also makes it a useful option for families or anyone who regularly cooks more than one thing at a time, while the two separate cooking zones mean you don't have to wait for one dish to finish before starting another. The Ninja CRISPi Dual Zone is available in three other colours, including Cyberspace, Bone and Rose Quartz. Shark launches three-in-one EveryMess cleaner in Australia. Mon, 5th Oct 2026 (Today) Shark has launched the EveryMess 3-in-1 Wet Vac, Dry Vac and Stain System in Australia, combining three cleaning functions in a single product. The appliance is designed to handle dry debris, liquid spills and stained surfaces without the need for a separate device. It can be used on hard floors, carpets, upholstery, countertops, tiles and car interiors. The launch reflects a broader push by appliance makers to offer multi-use household devices as consumers look to reduce the number of single-purpose products in their homes. Shark is targeting common domestic messes ranging from crumbs and sand to pet accidents and muddy floors. Three functions The EveryMess combines a dry vacuum, wet vacuum and stain cleaner in one system, with separate settings for wet vacuuming, dry vacuuming and stain removal. Accessories include a squeegee tool, crevice tool, pet hair tool, stain eliminator tool, reusable spray head, a 500ml StainForce Dual Formula refill and three clips. The product is available through Shark's Australian site and participating retailers. For stain treatment, the machine uses Shark's StainForce Dual Formula, which mixes in the spray head rather than requiring a separate cleaning solution to be prepared. Shark says the formula delivers up to 30 times more stain-fighting power than Shark Deep Clean Pro Formula and is intended to address odours including pet urine and smoke. The product also includes what Shark calls Rinse & Ready Technology, a self-cleaning function that works by vacuuming up a cup of water after use. Another feature, AnyBag Technology, allows the dust cup to be lined with a plastic bag for disposal of collected waste. "EveryMess was designed around what actually happens in people's homes, the dog has an accident, someone drops their breakfast, muddy feet come inside, a drink gets knocked over or the car comes home full of sand. Home appliance market The Australian release adds to Shark's home cleaning range as the brand competes in a crowded market for vacuums and floorcare products. Manufacturers in the segment have increasingly focused on combination devices designed to cover more use cases across hard and soft surfaces. Shark positions the EveryMess as a response to the way household messes often do not fit neatly into one category. Many existing appliances are built to tackle either liquid, solid or stained messes rather than mixed cleaning jobs. The model, listed as VX101, is available now in Australia. Its features are aimed at reducing set-up and clean-down time, including onboard formula mixing and the self-cleaning function. Shark says the stain-cleaning system should not be used on wool, and users should follow manufacturer recommendations and product exclusions in the user guide.
