Deal IQ grows annual revenue 1900% using ZoomInfo's AI GTM platform

Deal IQ, a Toronto-based procurement consulting firm, grew its annual revenue by more than 1,900% using ZoomInfo's AI platform, the company reported. The firm also saw a 6X increase in its client portfolio and an 8X increase in C-suite meetings booked. Deal IQ negotiates technology contracts for Fortune 500 companies but previously wasted hours manually researching accounts to identify buying windows. ZoomInfo's automated alerts now flag when target accounts submit RFPs or research solutions, whilst verified direct dials provide access to senior executives. The platform helped Deal IQ save over 28 hours weekly compared with its previous manual research process. The firm plans aggressive European expansion and will keep ZoomInfo central to its account targeting strategy as it scales into new geographies.

("ZoomInfo" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: GTM) on behalf of investors that purchased or otherwise acquired ZoomInfo securities between November 3, 2025 and May 11, 2026 (the "Class Period"). If you have losses Today in New York encourage you to contact Today in New York to learn more about the lead plaintiff process. You need not seek to become a lead plaintiff in order to share in any possible recovery. On May 11, 2026, after the market closed, ZoomInfo reported its first quarter 2026 financial results. The Company reduced its 2026 revenue guidance from a range of $1.247 - $1.267 billion to $1.185 - $1.205 billion. During the subsequent earnings call, Chief Executive Officer Henry Schuck stated that "[i]n the closing days of March and into April, [the Company] saw a trend of AI and agentic confusion," which led to "a pause in purchasing decisions." According to the complaint, the Company also announced restructuring costs of $45 million to $60 million and that it would be laying off 20% of its workforce. Following this news, on May 12, 2026, the price of ZoomInfo stock fell $1.98 per share, nearly 33%, to close at $4.06 per share. The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period Defendants created the false impression that they possessed reliable information pertaining to the Company's projected revenue outlook and anticipated growth of its legacy and emerging AI-driven products, core software business and sustained improvement in net revenue retention. Further, the complaint alleges that, in truth, ZoomInfo's optimistic plan for continued growth was undermined by slowing seat-based demand, weakening upsells and customers revising decisions to purchase AI products and develop internal AI-driven go-to-market solutions, making ZoomInfo's 2026 full year revenue guidance increasingly unlikely to be met. ZoomInfo reports $650.5M goodwill impairment, lifts 2026 revenue guidance to $1.21B

ZoomInfo Technologies reported a $650.5 million goodwill impairment in early August 2026, alongside modest revenue growth to $310.4 million in Q2. The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $1.21 billion and continues its share repurchase programme. The firm launched a connector integrating its B2B intelligence into Microsoft Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 workflows. Multiple customers reported significant improvements in qualified deals, connection rates, and data quality from ZoomInfo's AI-driven go-to-market platform. Despite AI integration progress, the company faces headwinds from competition, regulatory pressures, and weak demand from smaller businesses. Some analysts project revenue could shrink to around $1 billion by 2029 if AI spending compresses margins. The stock fell 6.5% following the announcement.
