Responsibilities
  • Administer and execute testing activities within the Independent Risk Review and Assessment second-line organization.
  • Partner with business units and Risk, Compliance, and Audit professionals to create, implement, maintain, review, and oversee an effective risk management framework.
  • Complete projects and activities that confirm compliance with fiduciary and trust requirements and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Identify control and process weaknesses through testing activities.
  • Partner with business units and Risk Management groups to recommend and influence solutions to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Communicate testing results to the Manager, including well-written draft reports, and respond to or escalate significant risks as appropriate.
  • Provide oversight, coaching, and feedback on work completed by supporting Analysts.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of fiduciary principles, trust administration, discretionary investment management, and applicable fiduciary laws and regulations.
  • Experience supporting or overseeing fiduciary and investment-related businesses, including Personal Trust, Institutional Trust, Corporate Trust, Asset Management, Registered Investment Adviser, or Fund Services activities.
  • Background in legal, compliance, risk management, internal audit, regulatory oversight, or fiduciary services within a financial institution.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, compliance reviews, testing, or regulatory examinations of fiduciary and investment advisory activities.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate fiduciary, regulatory, operational, and investment-related risks, controls, and governance practices.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex regulatory and risk matters to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Juris Doctor and/or relevant professional certifications in trust, compliance, audit, risk management, or investment-related fields.

The solution enables U.S. Bank Voyager customers to automatically pay and record tolls across participating US toll roads, aiming to simplify payments and reduce administrative burden for fleet operators. The integration leverages Verra Mobility's toll processing platform, which handles over 300 million transactions annually across 7 million fleet vehicles. Fleet managers can now access toll payment services alongside existing Voyager offerings like fuel, EV charging, and maintenance through a single bill and reporting portal. The service addresses growing complexity as toll roads expand across the United States, helping fleets manage charges and violations across multiple tolling authorities whilst maintaining compliance. The solution is now available to all U.S. Bank Voyager customers.

Stepan secures $500M five-year credit facility, up from $450M

Stepan Company has secured a new $500 million five-year credit agreement, replacing its previous $450 million facility and boosting liquidity by $50 million. The specialty chemicals maker announced the deal on 25 September 2026. The new package comprises a $350 million multicurrency revolving credit facility and a $150 million delayed draw term loan, both maturing in September 2031. An expansion option allows Stepan to increase total capacity to $750 million if needed. Interest rates are tied to the company's net leverage ratio, with spreads ranging from 1.125% to 1.625% above benchmark rates. JPMorgan Chase Bank serves as administrative agent, with Bank of America as syndication agent. The agreement includes standard financial covenants and will finance working capital, acquisitions, capital expenditure, and general corporate purposes.
