About the job
- Be an incoming freshman or sophomore pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Provide SAT and/or ACT scores for consideration.
- Work 10–15 hours per week.
- Provide clear and concise oral and written communication.
- Manage the CEO's personal and professional tasks, including reservations, appointments, and household needs.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics, including flight itineraries, hotel reservations, and car services.
- Organize agendas, manage the calendar, and plan events while prioritizing competing demands.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and track project timelines and deadlines.
- Research various topics and provide detailed reports and actionable insights to support the CEO's initiatives.
- Handle contract negotiations with third-party vendors to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Manage the CEO's wardrobe and style, including personal shopping, procurement, and wardrobe audits.
- Perform general administrative duties, including recording meeting minutes, data entry, filing, copying, faxing, and mailings.
- Maintain an organized to-do list for the CEO and the business and track important dates.
- Communicate with the rest of the team and ensure that business activities remain on track.
- Monitor multiple social media accounts to grow and expand the online presence across existing and emerging social platforms.
- Perform additional personal, creative, and executive assistant duties as needed.
- Be a self-starter who is eager, optimistic, and willing to handle any task.
