About the job

Requirements
  • Daily fluency with current AI models, tools, API calls, and MCPs, and the ability to turn them into working automations.
  • Strong business sense to analyze real-world go-to-market problems, reason about tradeoffs, and identify what will move the needle.
  • Ability to frame problems clearly, explain reasoning crisply, and translate between technical and commercial audiences.
  • Ability to turn messy business problems into working workflow automations and tools quickly and independently.
  • Ability to prioritize, scope, and ship solutions for internal customers across go-to-market functions.
  • Comfort owning outcomes end to end in a fast-paced, ambiguous, execution-focused environment.
Responsibilities
  • Build and automate the demand-generation engine, turning campaigns, signals, and content into repeatable automated pipeline.
  • Own the internal go-to-market toolset as a product by gathering requirements from go-to-market leaders, prioritizing across functions, building, shipping, measuring, and iterating.
  • Build full-funnel workflows that automate account enrichment, scoring, routing, outbound orchestration, and post-sale handoffs.
  • Build and own AI-agent workflows for account research, personalization, qualification, call summarization, and analysis at scale.
  • Co-own the go-to-market data foundation and pipeline with engineering and the planned data-engineering hire.
  • Evaluate tools, manage vendor relationships, and recommend changes to the technology stack.
  • Map the current go-to-market stack and manual workflows, starting with marketing and demand generation, and ship one or two automation improvements.
  • Stand up the first end-to-end automated demand-generation workflow, covering signal, enrichment, scoring, and routing.
  • Implement an initial AI-orchestration workflow, such as an internal agent for research, personalization, or campaign and content support.
  • Partner with engineering and the data-engineering hire on the shared data foundation.
  • Publish a prioritized roadmap for the go-to-market AI operating system, measuring early results against demand and pipeline generation, attribution, and quote-to-cash optimization.
Desired Qualifications
  • Background in go-to-market strategy or operations, including revenue operations, sales operations, or growth.
  • Hands-on experience with go-to-market AI automation tools such as Clay, Claude, Chat, Zapier, or similar tools.
  • Experience building and deploying AI agents or agentic workflows.
  • Early-stage startup experience and comfort working without an established playbook.
  • Direct sales, sales development representative, or customer-facing experience.
  • Familiarity with the construction, architecture, engineering, and construction, or vertical software-as-a-service industry.

Trunk Tools integrates AI agents with Autodesk Forma to automate construction document workflows

Trunk Tools, an AI-powered construction data platform, has integrated with Autodesk Forma to help construction teams manage document-intensive workflows. The integration connects Trunk Tools' AI agents to project data stored in Forma Data Management, enabling real-time document analysis and automated workflow handling. The platform offers several AI agents, including TrunkText for natural language document searches, TrunkSubmittal for automated submittal compliance checks, and TrunkReview for analysing drawing changes. These tools are now available to Autodesk Forma users through the Autodesk App Store. Trunk Tools is deployed across hundreds of US jobsites. Cleveland Construction reported the platform provides junior engineers with expertise equivalent to five-plus years of experience whilst catching issues senior staff might miss. The integration aims to help construction teams extract more value from project data and reduce manual review time.

Trunk Tools CEO: AI could cut $1T in construction waste from data clashes

Trunk Tools CEO Sarah Buchner says AI can eliminate roughly $1 trillion annually in construction rework caused by clashing data across the four million pages of documentation behind a single skyscraper. The company builds knowledge graphs from unstructured construction data and trains its own models on proprietary drawings that off-the-shelf large language models have never seen. Trunk Tools deploys a new AI agent approximately every two weeks to address waste in the construction industry.
