SmartConnect and Benepicks partner to bridge ICHRA-Medicare gap for 65+ workers

SmartConnect and Benepicks have partnered to integrate Medicare support into ICHRA platforms, addressing a gap that leaves employees aged 65 and older struggling with complex healthcare transitions. The collaboration embeds SmartConnect's "Medicare Intelligence Layer" into Benepicks' platform, providing Medicare-eligible employees with personalised consultations from licensed agents across all 50 states.
