Requirements
  • At least 4 years of software engineering experience, with a focus on frontend development.
  • Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or similar frameworks.
  • Experience building and shipping production-grade web applications.
  • Strong understanding of user interface and user experience principles and building intuitive user experiences.
  • Ability to work across engineering and product to translate requirements into high-quality interfaces.
Responsibilities
  • Build and scale the frontend architecture that powers the Confido platform.
  • Develop performant, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces for complex workflows.
  • Partner closely with backend engineers to integrate application programming interfaces and data systems into seamless experiences.
  • Design and implement user interface systems that visualize financial data, analytics, and forecasts.
  • Create reusable components and design systems to ensure consistency across the product.
  • Work directly with product teams and occasionally customers to understand workflows and ship high-impact features quickly.
  • Own frontend performance, reliability, and the overall user experience.
  • Design interfaces for reviewing and managing invoices, deductions, and retailer reports.
  • Build dashboards for financial analytics, forecasting, and demand planning.
  • Create workflows that simplify complex, multi-step financial operations.
  • Visualize large datasets in an intuitive and actionable way.
  • Improve frontend performance and responsiveness across the platform.
  • Develop internal tools that enable faster operations and decision-making.
