Requirements
  • You have 3+ years of sales experience with at least one year in B2B SaaS, closing $25K+ deals
  • You are a process machine with a track record of rigorous organization, process execution, and follow-through
  • You are an exceptional writer and communicator, and have clarity and concision of thought
  • You are adaptable and ambitious, with a demonstrated ability to excel in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • You have a passion for HR tech or people analytics or are excited to learn the space
  • You want to work with the Chief People Officers at the top tech companies around the world
Responsibilities
  • Onboard and learn more about the company's mission, culture, and values. You'll write a user manual and a Professional Development Plan outlining exactly how you want to grow professionally over the next 2-3 years
  • Attend training sessions on the Knoetic platform and our upcoming product roadmap, and attend customer and sales calls to learn more about our users
  • Understand CPOHQ and Knoetic's GTM strategy and how we'll grow to our first 1000 customers
  • Conduct mock sales calls with Knoetic team members as you learn the product and customer profile inside and out
  • Onboard new CPOs to the CPOHQ community as you cultivate trusting relationships and uncover their People Analytics pain points
  • Champion a new feature that Product and Engineering will deliver to help People teams answer their hard questions
  • Own the full sales process, running discovery meetings, product demos, and closing new clients to exceed revenue quotas
  • Promote our new features and product roadmap to prospective clients in close collaboration with the Engineering and Product teams
  • Vigorously capture learnings from the market and engage with current Knoetic users to expand awareness, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence
  • Iterate and improve on our sales processes, leveraging your expertise to build and scale a top tier Sales team
