About the job

Requirements
  • The candidate must have 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance or test engineering for machine learning or generative artificial intelligence systems, ideally with a dedicated evaluation framework such as DeepEval, Ragas, Promptfoo, or a comparable framework.
  • The candidate must have hands-on experience with AssureAI or a directly comparable artificial-intelligence assurance or evaluation platform.
  • The candidate must have working knowledge of bias and fairness testing, explainability techniques such as SHAP and LIME, and red-teaming or adversarial-prompt methodology.
  • The candidate must be comfortable reading artificial-intelligence regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and ISO/IEC 42001, and translating them into test coverage.
  • The candidate must be proficient in Python and comfortable wiring test suites into continuous integration and continuous delivery using Cloud Build or GitHub Actions.
  • The candidate must be comfortable owning a queue of failing checks across multiple agents at once.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain evaluation datasets and scenarios for each of AssureAI’s 19 Trustworthiness checks, including explainability, audit provenance, regulation coverage, and safety guardrails, as new agents come online.
  • Run scheduled and on-commit bias, toxicity, red-team, and explainability suites using SHAP and LIME; triage failures and route them to the appropriate AI Engineer, Integration Specialist, or Governance Engineer.
  • Maintain the continuous integration and continuous delivery threshold-gate configuration so a failing Trustworthiness check blocks release rather than merely flagging it.
  • Package audit evidence, including run provenance, evidence exportability, and regulation-coverage reports, for the AI Trust & Compliance Engineer’s CSG review-board submissions.
  • Track dataset coverage and flag gaps as agent scope expands into new domains, data types, or regulatory contexts.
  • Split coverage with the second AssureAI Engineer across agent domains or pipeline stages so evaluation throughput scales with agent count.
  • Ensure every live agent has an active Trustworthiness evaluation suite running on every commit with clear pass/fail thresholds by month two.
  • Produce audit-evidence packages on a standing cadence and track and close dataset coverage gaps as new agents are onboarded by month four.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Gemini Enterprise or ADK agents specifically, or another enterprise agent platform.
  • Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation evaluation, including faithfulness, hallucination, and context precision and recall.
  • Prior audit or compliance-adjacent work involving SOC 2, ISO 27001, or a similar framework.
