About the job
- Initial professional experience in marketing, public relations, communications, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to evaluate campaign performance and inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media and digital advertising.
- Native German and business-fluent English language skills, spoken and written.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the local MMO Marketing team across all marketing disciplines and ongoing projects.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring assets, timelines, approvals, and deliverables are managed effectively.
- Assist with the organization and logistics of consumer events, trade shows, community activations, media tours, and other activities.
- Support public relations and influencer initiatives through briefing preparation, asset distribution, creator and media communications, shipment coordination, and activity tracking.
- Maintain project timelines, trackers, meeting notes, and internal reporting documents to support effective project management and communication.
- Monitor campaign activity and collect performance data from internal and external sources to support reporting and campaign evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed quality standards.
- Support additional marketing, administrative, and operational tasks as required by the business.
