Requirements
  • 6–9+ years in vendor management, supplier performance, contract management, or commercial leadership in IT services, managed services, or facilities.

  • Strong commercial analysis skills covering rate cards, change requests, invoice reconciliation, and spend analysis.
  • Ability to run meetings with a partner's senior account team and maintain a position based on evidence.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, including building scorecards and models from raw ticket and invoice data.
  • Clear written and spoken English, and comfort working EMEA-aligned hours.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the named relationship owner for Tier-1 partners, run the weekly operational sync, and prepare the monthly performance review with the Lead.
  • Set expectations with partner account and delivery leads, and resolve open issues, jeopardy items, and backlog through to closure.
  • Escalate to the Lead with a recommended position, supporting evidence, and commercial impact.
  • Maintain each partner's OLA register, including client SLA and experience-measure decomposition, response and resolution targets, coverage windows, escalation ladders, and acceptance criteria.
  • Review partner SLA, KPI, and service-credit schedules against Astreya's client commitments, and maintain a contract gap log for terms that do not mirror the client contract.

  • Own the rate-card register and change-request log, and determine whether partner change requests are in scope, out of scope, or chargeable.
  • Ensure Astreya-attributable credits are absorbed and logged for internal corrective action so attribution remains accurate in both directions.
  • Own partner tiering and segmentation, and prepare data packs for the annual partner strategy.
  • Own the renewal tracker and prepare performance and spend packs supporting renewal, re-scope, or exit decisions.
  • Benchmark partner rates against one another and available market data, and flag rates above observed patterns.
  • Review Level I and Level II casework daily, and sign off scorecards, invoice validations, and evidence packs before release.
  • Coach analysts on evidence standards, attribution judgment, and partner communication without line authority.
  • Own VMO standard operating procedures and templates, and design the partner scorecard.
  • Identify automation candidates in scorecards, evidence packs, and invoice checks, and carry them through to a working change.
  • Complete attribution and draft evidence packs within the agreed window for all client-levied credits.
  • Issue chargeback notices with complete evidence packs and resolve disputes based on evidence.
  • Review every Tier-1 partner agreement against client commitments, with gaps logged and owned.
  • Log and decide all partner change requests against the rate card and scope before work starts.
  • Prepare performance and spend packs at least 90 days before each Tier-1 renewal or notice date.
  • Review Level I and Level II outputs before release, with quality findings trending down quarter over quarter.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with AV integration, workplace technology, facilities, or network service partners.
  • Experience in a prime-contractor or service-integration (SIAM) environment.
  • World Commerce & Contracting (CCMP), CIPS, or ITIL 4 qualification.

Astreya integrates 3CLogic voice AI into ServiceNow to unify contact center and ITSM operations

Astreya, a global IT managed services provider, has expanded its AI-first service desk by integrating 3CLogic's voice AI platform with ServiceNow IT Service Management. The integration unifies voice interactions, incident management and AI insights in a single interface, eliminating the need for agents to switch between multiple systems. Cognizant acquires Astreya to scale AI infrastructure amid $6.7T data centre buildout

Cognizant has agreed to acquire Astreya, a global AI-first IT managed services provider based in San Jose, California, for an undisclosed sum. The transaction, expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, will expand Cognizant's AI infrastructure capabilities and strengthen its position as an "AI builder". Founded in 2001 and operating across over 35 countries, Astreya provides managed services to six of the "Magnificent Seven" hyperscalers. Its proprietary AI OpsHub platform and expertise in designing and managing AI infrastructure across the full value chain will complement Cognizant's existing capabilities. The acquisition comes amid a projected $6.7 trillion AI data centre infrastructure buildout between 2025 and 2030, with the five largest hyperscalers expected to spend nearly $700 billion on infrastructure in 2026 alone.

Cognizant to buy Astreya for about $600 million. Published 04/29/2026, 04:34 AM Updated 04/29/2026, 04:36 AM (C) Reuters. By Milana Vinn and Natalia Bueno Rebolledo April 29 (Reuters) - Cognizant Technology has agreed to buy Astreya, an IT services and technology provider focused on AI infrastructure and data center services, in a deal valued at around $600 million, the company told Reuters. The deal is expected to strengthen Cognizant's AI infrastructure capabilities, as companies ramp up spending on the technology that is reshaping industries. The deal, expected to close in the second quarter of 2026 pending regulatory approvals, is likely to be announced on Wednesday. Cognizant has benefited from enterprise clients accelerating AI integration and automation as they migrate workloads to the cloud. The company has expanded partnerships with Microsoft and AI startup Anthropic to stay ahead of rivals in a highly competitive industry. "By acquiring Astreya and its proprietary AI tooling and production-grade infrastructure platform, which is complementary to Cognizant's AI builder stack, we will be even better-positioned to help clients architect their platform-led AI systems and operationalise them at scale," Chief Executive Ravi Kumar S said. The Astreya deal builds on a recent run of acquisitions aimed at strengthening Cognizant's AI business. The company bought tech consulting firm 3Cloud in January to expand its Microsoft Azure capabilities and acquired digital engineering firm Belcan in 2024 for nearly $1.3 billion. Founded in 2001, Astreya has spent nearly a decade managing data center infrastructure, AI lab environments and enterprise networks for six of the so-called Magnificent Seven tech firms. Cognizant, valued at $26 billion, has lost more than a third of its market value this year, weighed down by a weak demand outlook for IT services and AI-driven deflation fears.
