AppFolio eyed for $293.84M quarterly revenue as analysts bet on higher-value services

Analysts expect AppFolio to report quarterly earnings of $1.78 per share on revenue of about $293.84 million. Subscription and Value Added Services are forecast to make up a larger share of sales than a year earlier, with Subscription Services revenue projected at about $62.40 million. The focus points to deeper earnings from each property on the platform rather than simple unit growth. Cost of revenue recently held near 36% of sales, as heavier use of AI tools and payments adds pressure on margins. Analysts assume revenue growth of 16.8% a year over three years. They see earnings rising from about $157.5 million to $311.9 million by 2029, on sales of about $1.7 billion. The consensus price target is $236.04, with the low end at $200.
