  • Basic computer comfort with spreadsheets, email, a phone system, and internal tools.
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site in downtown San Francisco.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with business owners and quickly locate customer accounts.
  • Determine customer needs and communicate precisely when the customer will hear back.
  • Follow up on payments, documents, at-risk cancellations, and renewals until issues are resolved.
  • Make repeated follow-up attempts by phone, text, and email according to the applicable process.
  • Track down documents, payment links, or internal specialists needed to resolve customer issues.
  • Log completed actions and open items so teammates and customers have a clear record.
  • Escalate financing, coverage, and complex issues to the appropriate specialists.
  • De-escalate frustrated customers and resolve their concerns.
  • Identify recurring problems and flag them for process improvement.
Desired Qualifications
  • Call center, collections, dispatch, front-desk, or high-volume customer service experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish ability.
  • Experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services.
  • Experience working from call lists or a customer relationship management system.
