  • Familiarity with Department of Defense identity management and access control systems.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in information technology support, cybersecurity, or identity and access management.
  • Experience supporting SIPR/NIPR environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, or similar tools.
  • At minimum, a Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, dashboards, and data visualization tools to support mission requirements, knowledge management, and business processes.
  • Ensure solutions are user-focused, scalable, and compliant with Army enterprise information technology policies and governance.
  • Support automation of business processes, data integration, and reporting capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Enable secure collaboration, data sharing, and decision-support environments for mission-critical energy resilience and advanced nuclear initiatives.
  • Provide Trusted Agent support services in accordance with Department of War and Army cybersecurity and identity management policies, including secure access and credentialing processes such as SIPR tokens and CAC enablement.
  • Assist Government personnel with onboarding, provisioning, and troubleshooting secure access requirements while ensuring compliance with security protocols and safeguarding requirements.
  • Meet applicable clearance requirements and complete required training and certifications before performing duties.
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web-based platforms and applications supporting IE&E mission requirements.
