- Support the organization and execution of events, from location inquiries and catering coordination through feedback evaluation.
- Create and maintain events in the participant management tool and help select new service providers.
- Manage the materials and logistics area and coordinate with service providers and agencies.
- Create learning videos and document collections for the knowledge hub and prepare methods for use.
- Update checklists, guides, and service-provider lists, and support management of the group mailbox and meeting minutes.
